My Story

Hi, I’m Kai

I’m Kai, and Whitecap is mostly just me. You call, I answer. You book, I’m the one who shows up. There are no rotating crews, no dispatcher, and nobody else to point at if something isn’t right.

I didn’t pick this trade up off the internet. I trained under someone who’d spent years in the cleaning business. He taught me the technique, the difference between looking clean and being clean, and how to treat somebody’s home like it matters. He also helped me get my own thing off the ground, which I’ll always owe him for.

Keeping it small keeps me honest. Every job is either mine or one I have personally checked, so there’s nowhere for a missed streak to hide. If you spot something within a day of me leaving, call and I’ll come back and take care of it. No charge, no argument. It’s how I’d want to be treated.
